You do not need to use your conditioner on Bombe finished pieces. A light buffing with a clean cloth will suffice for normal care.
The Bombe finish is a unique, time consuming and difficult process in which classic (shinny rather than matte) finished hides are gently heated causing the center of each plate to expand and create a more three dimential look and feel often described as a puffy feeling. If you've ever seen the most expensive handbags and accessories the chances are that they have a Bombe finish. Made in Italy by the Bosca company this fine piece is priced from Bosca at $325.
